Fight Back is best fed daily when used to target an existing issue. For best results, feed Fight Back for a minimum of 7-10 days. Most will see results within days; however, this will depend on the severity of the condition.

You won't be disappointed with the results of Fight Back but if you're in doubt, please call our free advice team on: 0044 1453 836974. Fight Back is not designed to be fed alongside steroids/antihistamines.

A 1.8kg (4lb) pack will last a 550kg (1200lb) horse approx. 8 weeks. However during low periods of allergen or infection risk many horses do really well at 1/4 the normal rate. At periods of high risk more than the normal dose may help.

    This stuff really works!

Posted by Loki’s Mom on Jul 1st 2021

Our poor TB gelding is so sensitive to rain rot, etc. every summer here in Florida he ends up in medicine covered in hives, and big areas of rain rot. I bought this on a whim..then realized it was coming from the UK and was a little worried, but it came quickly my our boy has never looked so good. No rain rot, no hives, no medicine..and he even has dapples!! I highly recommend this product.. it was a game changer

    This has helped.

Posted by Julia Johnson on May 25th 2021

I have been using this product (Fight Back) for a few months now and at first did see an improvement in the itching and scratching however, the bugs are in full swing now and the rubbing and scratching has returned. Each year my horses (2) rub and scratch until the skin is devoid of hair and hide. I am constantly applying non-itch cream and wound dressing. I had hoped this product would be the answer to my problem although, it has helped it is not my cure all. I will continue to use it simply put it does help.

Only product I’ve found for Sweet Itch

Posted by Mary on May 24th 2021

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the results of Fight Back. I have owned my gelding for 5 years and the last 2 years he has become allergic to insects. The vet had me using Steroids and prescription shampoo. I’ve tried the sulfa body wash and nothing ever got him over this. I know this product is pricey but worth every penny. I use a low dose during early spring then when it’s hot and insects are prime I give a little more. It has helped tremendously. Love this product and my horse loves it even more but I do use corn oil with this in the feed...it helps the powder stick to the grain.

    Itching Less than Previous Year

Posted by Cristi Hughes on May 10th 2021

Our gelding has suffered from severe sweet itch most of his life . So severe that it caused cellutis last year and our vet said it was on of the most severe cases of sweet itch she has seen. It is only present is summer months from April to End if August. He has always been in a well balanced diet . In addition to keeping a good blanket on 24/7 we have tried antihistamines and every topical product available . He rubs his stomach and shear raw as well as rubs out the top of his tail and mane. This year we thought we would try treating from inside out and we have had him on Fight Back for a little over a month and so far be us way better. We still have him covered and are using a good fly spray snd 1 topical solution but as of now his belly and sheath have no major bumps or bites and he has not rubbed his mane and tail at all. Wish we would have started him in it a little sooner but it definitely has seemed to help thus far.

    Wish it smelled like spearmint!

Posted by Unknown on Apr 19th 2021

probably a good product - when my horse had it, it seemed to decrease his huge whole body hives. But I had a hard time getting him too eat it because of the smell - we tried everything. Mixing with feed, he went off his feed. Adding peppermint oil, adding molasses - he didn't like the sticky, and finally with crushed spearming- although he would try to pick out just the spearmint. Finally a mix of barley and crushed spearmint and hand feeding he would eat some.

    No more scratching and rubbing!!!!!

Posted by Judy Johnson on Apr 17th 2021

I was very skeptical at first because I have tried many products that has claimed to combat allergies. I have 2 horses that I have spent tons of money fighting this including many trips to the vet only to have the same problem every year. Both horses would scratch themselves, as though they were a dog with fleas, until there skin would look like ground meat, literally. After using Fight Back for 2 months I see it is working. They have stopped rubbing and scratching themselves, the sores have healed and the hair has grown back. I am very thankful, for the horses sake, I found this product.

    Bye, Bye hives!

Posted by Maria on Apr 13th 2021

Both my geldings have a problem with recurring hives. I've tried Chinese herbs, antihistamines, and steroids. My older boy has Cushings and Dex is no longer an option. Thank goodness for Fight Back! It works for us!
