We thrive on customer feedback (good or bad) and in the first year of adding tyrosine to CCC we have five negative responses (in UK and USA combined). So these are a tiny number of cases. I feel I have a new horse!!! My coach and I were ecstatic with the progress we made yesterday in my lesson. In the past, half of my lesson was spent calming down my mare to actually have a lesson!! Previously she would work herself almost into a lather and her mind was just not there!! Now we come out ready to go. Calm, cool, and collected. So far a great product.
At this moment I am seeing a huge difference in my mares demeanor. She is focussed while working now and we are able to proceed to better communication between horse and rider. She is able to receive a canter cue now with charging ahead. The spookiness is gone and she seems to assess the situation rather than panic and run. Riding is becoming fun again. So far so good!!!

Having tried several different products I came across an ad for the cool calm and collected supplement. The thing that caught my eye was the fact that you could purchase it without magnesium. As my boy reacts badly to magnesium I decided to bite the bullet and start the product. This was the best move I had made. Cooper is now a joy to be around. Although young the difference is amazing and he now thinks before reacting rather than reacting and not thinking at all! Customer service is great with a response always coming quickly and concisely.
